Hi

I am using the latest versions of WordPress and your plugin.

I was editing a form this morning and all of a sudden the shortcode stopped working on this page: http://www.westportcc.ie/mayoleague2015/

I have inserted the shortcode:
[CP_CONTACT_FORM_PAYPAL id=”10″]

into the top on the page and in a widget.

I have tried reactivating the plugin and the script load method is set to ‘direct’.

The debugger is showing nothing either.

What are the common issues in this case.

Hi,

That’s usually a conflict with a third party plugin or with the site theme.

A way to identify the origin of the conflict is to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is causing the conflict or temporary change the theme if all the plugins are discarded.
