Form no longer working

    Up until last week, our form(aka “Questionnaire”) was working fine. Now, for no reason, its not working. Users can access it fine, submit it and get the confirmation BUT we no longer get an email. I’ve tested this with Chrome and iPad. Today, I updated my version of WordPress and Form Manager, and I also changed the Form Email Setting from WordPress (WP_Mail) to PHP (mail) to None (testing the form with each one). I can’t determine why the form suddenly stopped working since nothing has changed on this site in months. I’d appreciate any help. Thanks!
