Form no longer displaying since recent updates

    I have two forms on this page https://apperleycc.org/calendar-bookings/ They were both working fine until recent updates. One shortcode is [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING id=”1″] (Book the Nets). The other is [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING id=”2″] (Book the Venue). Any idea why it’s suddenly stopped displaying at all?

    This was a compatibility issue with another plugin – fixed now by deactivating and reactivating the other plugin!
