First off, thanks again for the great support yesterday. Sorry to be back so soon.

I’ve finished my form and have been testing it. Everything appears to work but the form never shows up in my email. Here is the link to the Mailer debug: http://www.filedropper.com/calderamailerdebug4-29-15

I’ve tried both WP-SMTP-Mail as well as Caldera SMTP plugins, both work when sending test emails from the plugin settings config. Emails send correctly when using another more simple contact form plugin.

I’ve also tried submitting form with the Form Mailer disabled but that didn’t work either.

If you’d like (and are willing) I can send you credentials to the back-end to take a look also.

    Thanks.

  • You sent from a Yahoo address : men*******@yahoo.com to a Yahoo address men*******@yahoo.com but you used SMTP server 250-23.102.186.71 and authenticated with username azure*****@azure.com.

So you violated both Yahoo’s SPF and DMARC policy. If you put “buy viagara!” in the body your domain probably would have been blacklisted 😉 j/k

Change your SMTP server to smtp.mail.yahoo.com, authenticate with your Yahoo user, and delete the file you posted above before some steals your password.

    Cheers,
    jason 🙂

Ah I’m using SendGrid through Azure, I thought it was OK to send from yahoo (or anyone else) through the hosted SendGrid SMTP? Guess I’ll have to go brush up on that again.

It was also just a throw away free SendGrid account so no worries on the password.

I’m hoping I can find a better way than using Yahoo SMTP, the site is hosted on Azure and will be handed off to a client with their email instead and it would be nice to have one less thing to setup again.

    Thanks for the help.

I tried the form again with another from email and it worked.

    Thanks!

    Re: SendGrid… I don’t think that’s true. Just take a look at Yahoo’s SPF:

    _spf.mail.yahoo.com.	1795	IN	TXT	"v=spf1 ptr:yahoo.com ptr:yahoo.net ?all"

No SendGrid there. SendGrid has an article about sending mail to Yahoo.

    Glad to help!

Yeah looks like you are right Postman.

The WordPress community is great, especially so concerning support of this plugin.

    Thank you.

    @david Cramer my pleasure!
