Form Maker Registration

Heya i buy this addon and activate in the form options- Registration- enable, but don’t know what to do now?? i see some codes {useremail} {1} etc.. so i make a form named create a account, username, email, now i save the form, use the shortcode on a new page that i make named register. Now i’m going to us it, than it’s going to totally fail to me?? i fill some different email and username, and on my admin email i get the mail with his form?? and he get the same email?? there is no explain document our youtube video??

Watch youtube movie about buddy form wtf so easy to do but this addon i get it not right?
