    The support I received from Web-Dorado’s team was outstanding. She was very patient and worked on the issue with me along with support staff for a couple of weeks.

    It turned out to be a restriction by GoDaddy blocking .docx and .doc files from being uploaded through the WordPress server in a shared hosting environment. Able to load .pdf, .zip, .jpeg, .gif, .png…..
