    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Hi

    Yes – I just deactivated all plugins apart from contact form 7, switched to the Twenty Fourteen theme and the issue remained the same.

    It seems that you have wrapped [contact-form-7] shortcode with this <form> tags and it is causing the problem.

    <form style="text-align: center;"></form>

    You don’t need them.
