Form hangs when Connectwise feed is enabled

Hi, we’ve created a basic contact form with a Connectwise feed. Some initial testing showed that the form was successfully sending entries to Connectwise, but we’ve launched the site and are now having a problem.

After the form is completed and submitted, it hangs and the form does not display the confirmation message. The entry is logged in the Gravity forms entry log, but it does not get sent to Connectwise.

The Connectwise settings page shows no errors, it’s all green checkmarks. The version number is 1.2.10.

Any help would be appreciated.
