form hangs | WordPress.org

this forms keeps hanging when clicking on the send button, although in the background an email is send. So people are going to click the send button multiple times and i receive 8-10 mails from the same form.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I have the same issue, but no email is sent. The conflict with me is with W3 Total Cache plugin. The conflict appeared after updating to WordPress 5.4

Same here, my issue happened after update to WordPress 5.4.

I’ve turned of quite a few plug-ins like Jetpack and kept clearing the cache to try get it to work

I am using theme The7.
Wordpress 5.4, but problem excisted before.
Plugins: 65 active plugins….. nothing has changed there though.
I do not have the W3 Total cache plugin.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Are you serious?
It’s easier and less risky for my site to change to another forms plugin….
