    First things first, this plugin is great! It does everything I want it to do, and it’s pretty much perfect, except for one problem. For some reason when ever I go to the login form and type both a wrong username and password, the whole form gets messed up and duplicated (https://imgur.com/a/z0WX2). I’m developing my website locally, so I don’t have a link, but here is the code from the page where I call the short code from. Thanks, Julian.

    <?php /* Template Name: usr */ ?>
    <?php
    /**
     * @package WordPress
     * @subpackage Default_Theme
     */
    get_header();
    ?>

        <?php if( current_user_can( 'verified' ) ) {
        global $current_user;
        $username = $current_user->user_login;
        echo '
            <body>
            <div class="wrapper">
                <div class="gw" style"display:none;">Verified</div>
                <div class="gwcaption">The Best Of The Best</div>

            <div class="lcontent">
            <a href="#" class="profilebutton">Profile</a>
            <a href="/mag/upload/" class="uploadbutton">Upload</a>
            <a href="#" class="profilebutton">Settings</a>
               </div>
               </div></body>';
        }
        else  if( current_user_can( 'default') ) {
        global $current_user;
        $username = $current_user->user_login;
        echo '
            <body>
