# Form from shortcode won't redirect

 * I have installed the plug in and I used a shortcode to insert the lead form into
   my contact page. When the form is completed, I used the “configure form actions”
   in hubspot to redirect to a thank you page. However this is not happening. I 
   have tried changing themes with same result. The contact is getting logged as
   a contact on hubspot. Any suggestions? Tks…

 * I’m having the same issue. Form inserts with the shortcodes but doesn’t redirect
   to the thank you page.
