# Form formats

 * Is there any way to add an option in the form for the date field to make it American
   format rather European or whatever it is set to by default? The month should 
   display first and not the date.
 * Also can an option be added to remove the country from address fields or at least
   make the default United States. Also can an option to set other default address
   fields be added like setting the city and state.
