Before hiring assistance to do this and taking our site offline for a period of time, we want to be sure there are no other fixes. * We did a lot more testing and have been able to isolate it to a specific browser as well as a specific date the issue started. * We have found that clients accessing our website via Internet Explorer 11 (user agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) since 3/25/21, are receiving an error message (“THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE.
