# Form error

 * Hello!
    I have been working with your plugin for quit some time. I have just 
   installed it on a new wordpress instance and no matter what I do it does not 
   send … I keep getting this error: [http://prntscr.com/emmp3m](http://prntscr.com/emmp3m).
   I have already installed wp-mail-smtp but no luck. This has happened before with
   wp 4.7.3 but i was to fix with the smtp plugin Do you hae any ideas? Plugin version
   is 4.7 Wp version is 4.7.3 thanks

 * I’m having the same issue after updating plugin. Also, the error messages don’t
   show up with the normal formatting. Looking forward to a resolution. Website:

 * I have resolved my problem by ringing my hosting (GoDaddy) support team. It turns
   out the issue was the SMTP plugin I had installed. I’m not sure how they fixed
   it but it might be worth calling your hosting support.
