Hello,

I have been using your plugin for a while on theegeneration.org/pledge/, but recently, I got an email from someone saying that the form was not working. After some testing, I found that it will update someone’s information, but will not add a new person to a list. It gives the error “Something is definitely not working right”. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

I’m getting the following errors in my mailchimp API calls:

I fixed the problem. Apparently somewhere along the way, something changed with the API or something and I needed to remove and re-add my group interest fields.

A followup question: Is it not impossible to have multiple selections in group interest fields? They used to be checkboxes in the form design screen, allowing for multiple selections, but now they are radio buttons which only allow a single selection.

I’m glad you were able to figure things out. You can have either radio buttons or checkboxes: http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/managing-subscribers/manage-list-and-signup-form-fields
