If you enter the wrong words in the recaptcha field and click “submit,” the message you were trying to submit is deleted. Is there a way to fix that?
I think it’s very common to not enter the correct code on the first try. And it is EXTREMELY discouraging to have your entire message deleted after spending the time to get your question worded just right. I suspect I’ll be turning a lot of customers off.
