    Hi,

    Thanks for your help in advance!

    I’m using your plugin to create a newsletter subscribe form in a header.php (see ours-mag.com). The sign up button isn’t working.

    Because the shortcode doesn’t work in the template, I used the entire form code. Does this might be the problem why the form isn’t working? Or what could it possibly cause it not to work?

    Best,
    Sophia

    Do you think I will be able to fix this problem when I purchase the Pro version?

    I don’t want to purchase it and discover I can’t use the plugin anyway 🙂

    Hi Sophia,

    Yes, you should use the widget, the shortcode or the PHP function to render the form. In your case, it sounds like the PHP function would be the best fit. You can use it as follows.

    <?php if( function_exists( 'mc4wp_form' ) ) { mc4wp_form(); } ?>

    Hope that helps!
