I am noticing the same issue on https://www.blocksmartsol.com/home/guest-post-writer-onboarding-form/
I have checked this on Chrome and MS Edge
I am able to see the form in Edit mode but it doesn’t show up when I save and exit the edit mode.
Its not showing via mobile browser (Safari) neither Chrome Incognito mode via Windows PC.
