Form doesn’t appear

    Hello
    I have setup the multiform.
    I have created 3 pages and 3 form.
    I have inserted the tag at the end of the forms as requested.
    When I go on the first page, it doesn’t display any form.
    If i remove the tag , my form appear.
    My themes is Enfold.
    Any idea what’s wrong there ?

    i resolved this adding </div> code after the multiform shortcode.
    You can also edit the plugin php file and insert </div>
