    Hello,

Fairly new to WP but have done a little work on another site. Currently building a new site and have run into the following issue: My CF7 form will not line up next to my slider (Meta Slider).
I am using the Marketer theme. I want the form to be next to the slider on the first page.

    My link: http://www.godigitalmiami.com

    So far I have tried:

I have changed the width of the slider down to only 300px but form still won’t fit

Changed field size in CSS (affects all fields but Message so still too wide)

Installed CF7 Skins but does not change the width

Changed width using Generate Tags, but Message still too wide

Opened in Firefox, IE, and Chrome

    Any help is appreciated!

  • The actual look of CF7 forms on your website will depend largely on the current WordPress theme used and the CSS styling that theme applies to standard HTML form elements.

See Styling Contact Form for a general explanation of styling CF7 forms using CSS.

There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article on Styling Contact Form 7 Forms. The article shows people, with suitable HTML & CSS skills, how to change the appearance of their Contact Form 7 Forms to meet their particular requirements.

RE: Installed CF7 Skins but does not change the width

The pro version of CF7 Skins, CF7 Skins Pro, offers premium email support to help users deal with their particular questions and problems.

Thanks, I had read that very useful article and was able to change some things (such as add fields and change wording), but the oversized Message field remains. I suppose it has to do with the theme, although the theme developer’s page shows – and recommends – CF7.

I am putting this on the backburner while I learn more about WordPress.
