Form displaying on desktop but not on mobile

I have a number of forms created previously with jotform.com that I’m reusing in WordPress.

All the embedded forms display on the desktop. When on mobile only one form does not display. I switch to desktop, it displayes, back to mobile theme it does not display.

Viewing the source on mobile I see the script and iframe details but the head and body for the document is empty.

Any suggestions as to what the problem could be? I had a look on jotform but could not find anything helpful yet.
