# Form disappeared

 * My form has disappeared. According to the page if I look in my site origin widget,
   it is there but not appearing on the page.
 * I tried deleting it and then clicked “Add Form” but nothing happens
 * Thank you

 * Hi
    it is pasted into a site origin text editor (from site origin widgets bundle).
   It was working for months but it has disappeared. I don’t know when. Maybe something
   is clashing with it ?
 * I recently installed plugin Product Enquiry for WooCommerce by wisdmlabs. This
   has a small pop up form. Maybe this is blocking the form ? I have no idea. I 
   am out of my depth

 * I also tried to create a new form and i fill out all the labels but can’t save
   it

 * I’d agree that there could be something clashing — (theme functions can interfere
   with plugins, as can other plugins)
 * To find out, you could try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue,
   reactivate each one individually to see if one had contributed to the symptom.
 * Additionally (or instead), try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-
   out a theme-specific issue.
 * Will you write back soon with an update?
