Form Creator with Authorize.net?

    It’s seems such a simple request – a plugin that allows you to create custom forms, with authorize.net functionality, so your forms can take credit card payments – but I can’t find a single one. This is odd, especially considering that:

    1) There are lots of plugins with Authorize.net functionality (i.e. even registration, recurring billing, invoicing, shopping cart, etc.)

    2) There are lots of form generators, including ones with PayPal.

    But alas, I can’t find a plugin that is both 1 & 2.

    Anyone know of any that I overlooked?
