 * I am looking for a form that will allow me the following:
 * Name
    Email Amazon Receipt Input (this field will verify that the Receipt is 
   valid and then provide access to a page on my blog)
 * Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction by showing me where I can
   obtain the script for such a form or send me to the person who CAN create such
   a script?
 * Thank you.

 * There’s a few plugins that might help you with that, so here’s a list to consider:

 * Contact7 and cformsII are two possibilities, though it depends on what ‘validating
   the amazon thing’ requires.
