Form Builder isn’t properly displayed

Hi there,

when creating a new form with the form builder it isn’t properly displayed. It’s hard to describe, but it is like the “upper part” (maybe also the right part) of what’s usually displayed in the window is cut off, without any possibility to scroll or otherwise adapt what’s visible to me. It’s like the displayed window of the form builder is to small for whatever should be shown. E.g. the possible “form fields” start with “Address”, the buttons “update form” and “clear form fields” are somewhat cut off (everything above isn’t displayed at all)

when trying to modify a pre-existing form the window shows the message: “We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.”

what’s causing this problem? How can I fix this?
