The way it displays on homepage looks like (maybe slightly “broken” but still) it’s “after submission” state: I would expect to see that after submitting my e-mail. The HTML markup also shows that it’s “success” state.
I’d say it looks like somebody submitted the form and the resulting embed state got cached then along with rest of the page.
I see that you are using some asset optimization on site (there are CSS styles included at the bottom of the page and all the page sources seems to be “minified”) so I suppose there is also some kind of cache, correct?
Could you try to clear such cache? If there’s any kind of server-side cache, purge it as well.
If there’s any option to “regenerate” or “refresh” optimized assets, try it as well.
If the embed shows correctly after that, try subscribing again (as a visitor, not logged-in user) and see if the embed “gets stuck” the same way.
Could you try this and let us know about results?

Hi Adam,
Yes, I had an html minifier but I disabled it and it’s still the same – you can replace toto by what you want and test it : https://www.parrainage-ing.net/?e=toto
Also, I have wp rocket but it’s disabled so there is no cache from me. Do you have a cache system integrated with hustle embed ?
For now, I don’t know how to solve that.

Hustle does not have any caching built into it. I tried checking the page with different query parameter such as https://www.parrainage-ing.net/?v=1.123, but I still get the cached submit message.
Inspecting your network, it seems there is a request made to Cloudflare CDN, do you have this enabled?
Please make sure to try the following:
– Clear any cache from Cloudflare(if set)
– Make sure all server cache or object cache is cleared as well
– Remove Embed short code, publish, and re-add to the homepage, and publish again.

That’s strange because I do not have any Cloudflare CDN installed / enabled.
I tried by removing embed short code, publish, and re-add to the homepage, and publish again. And result is the same…
What can help you in order to find the root cause ? Please tell me what you need and I’ll provide it.

I found the issue and fix it. It was due to an html css class.
