 * Does anyone know of a plugin where you can have
 * – create custom fields
    – specific file attachment types – attachments are emailed
   to the recipient as well as the form submission info – the info from the form
   submission saved to the DB (optional)

 * SLDPRT, SLDDRW, DXF, DWG, IGS, IGES, STL, STP, IPT, ORD, 3DM, AI, PSD, BMP, PNG,
   JPEG, PDF
