Form apparently working, missing info in the confirmation message.

– We have only one form needed and active, with one field only to send your email and confirmation button. Set up following the guide.

– Each time a new visitor wants to subscribe we receive the confirmation email he/she subscribed, but:

– The generated e-mail message we receive does not include the person email, he/she sent with the form.

Result: The website visitor is sure to have submitted his/her email. We receive the email confirmation via the form of a new request to be registered but not the email address of that person, so we do not know who has registered. Neither the plugin collects the emails.

Any help is very welcome, we are dealing with this for months now 🙁
