# Form and image upload

 * Hey Folks,
 * I’m looking for a bit of help.
 * I want to create a page where I can have customers fill in a form and upload 
   some images. A basic form won’t be goo enough for this reason.
 * I’d like to enter various boxes where they can input text or select text from
   a drop down. And also a facility for them to upload images to send to me.
 * Ideally I’d like them to be able to save progress on the form too as it can be
   quite long winded, and they can complete later on down the line.
 * If there is a site that can do this, or any worpress plugins that may allow it
   on my own site, could anyone please let me know?

 * I’ve just found JotForm, a tool that is free for the starter form package and
   has a WP plugin to use on the page. It seems so easy to use and gives everything
   I require.
