form actions send email with HTML format

    hi Steph,
    I’m trying to send a form reply after the form is sent. I configured it on form actions. When I add on the reply email body some html tags or any html, even <p> tags are not read, and arrive to a gmail inbox just like plain text with al the tags “unrendered”… how can I make the html look fine? maybe i’m missing something?

    The checkbox “send emails without format” is unchecked.

    I’ve tried using the “default html” shortcode but problem persists.
