# Form accidentally deleted

 * Hi,
 * I accidentally deleted a form that I needed.
 * Is there anyway I can get it back? I have a backup of the entire account and 
   database. However, when I looked at the backup, I don’t even see a table with
   contact_form_7 .. hence, why I’m kind of confused as to where the information
   would have been stored..
 * Please let me know.

 * Contact Form 7 data is in wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables as custom post type.

 * I think the easiest way is restoring the whole DB backup and do [export and import](http://contactform7.com/faq/how-can-i-export-import-contact-form-data/)
   contact forms from it to the original site.
