Which fields are you wanting to remove?
Hi,
I just want to have one option for users to send just the offer amount. Since they will have to be logged in already, I don’t want users to have to put in their email again, just the price of what they want.

Well based on our plugin setting and options available you can get it like this:

Steps to achieve that are as below:
– At product level in inventory : enable solve individually.
– Then go to offers settings page and in display option: Uncheck those options to remove them.
If you want to remove those 2 fields as well then will need changes in code.
