# Forgotten Admin/Password

 * I have forgotten the Admin/Password combination for a few sites which I set-up
   12 months and have done nothing with since. I am novice WordPress user, please
   can you help?

 * Have you tried the “Lost Password” from wp-login.php
 * It should send the password to the email account you set it up with.
 * If you don’t remember the email address then you can find it along with the user
   name from phpMYAdmin on the _user tables

 * Where do I find the phpMYAdmin on the _user tables…..like i said, I am still 
   a novice?

 * Do you have cpanel where your hosing your site?
 * If so phpMYAdmin will be near the bottom of the page.
 * Click on it then go to the database that was made when you set up WordPress and
   click on it.
 * You’ll find the wp_user table closer to the bottom as the tables are alphabetical.
