Forgot WP-Admin Password and Mail Link Doesn't Work

I am writing about my domain http://pastlifehypnosis23462.com/ . I haven’t updated this site in a while but it’s past time, so today I went to http://pastlifehypnosis23462.com/wp-admin and found that I could not log on as I have apparently forgotten my password (although I thought I knew it). I tried using the FORGOT PASSWORD link to have my password emailed to me but I got the following error message:

The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

I don’t know how to log into my WP dashboard for this website. Please help.
