Forgot Password Link Incorrect URL in Multisite

    Plugin version: 5.6.1

    #1) When attempting to perform a password recovery via forgot password on login page… It breaks and 404 errors upon submission.

    #2) Furthermore, in Multisite, it brings the user to the primary site URL to reset password instead of the current site to reset password.

    I disabled your plugin to test both situations…

    In #1, the problem is gone, and form submission works just fine. So there’s something wrong with your plugin in #1 that causes the forgot password form submission to become a 404 error. BUG???

    In #2, it still goes to the primary site URL to reset the password instead of the current site to reset the password. Can this be done on the current site URL instead of the primary site URL? FEATURE REQUEST???
