Forgot Password Doesn't Send Email (Still Get Success Message)
I’ve been looking through the support topics and although several have to do with password recovery issues, I am having a problem that doesn’t seem to be listed here.
When I use the Profile Builder [wppb-recover-password] form it gives the following message, but never sends an email to the user:
“A password reset email has been sent to email@example.com.
Following the link sent in the email address will reset the password.”
I am using the latest versions of both WordPress and Profile Builder.
Can anyone provide any insight into why this might happen?
