Foreground color in Twenty Fourteen

    Hi.

    I wish to change the color of the foreground of my “Home” page to a shade of black. I’ve been researching for a while and cannot figure out how to do so. My page is LagowskiLaw.com. Is it possible to change the whiteish background to a different color (a shade of black) and also delete the word “HOME” on that page?
