Forcing first and last name in widget

Hi,
I use the widget subscription in the upper right corner:
http://odedbenami.com/blog/How can I force a potential subscriber to enter all fields: first name, last name and E-mail?
Right now, Newsletter accepts even if only an E-mail address is entered.
