    The backgrounds doesn’t supersize i.e. scale in size to fill elements which is becoming a standard feature these days even for free themes. Aside from that, the theme seems pretty good. Note that, on the developer’s “Theme Homepage” there is no direct download link. You must create an account and complete the checkout process in order to download the theme.

    Hey,

    You are quite wrong regarding the 2nd thing, the problem is that we submitted an update to wordpress.org 2 weeks ago but the review queue is so long, you can wait for the update to come or you can download it faster from our site, there is nothing we can do here.

    I am not trying to force anybody to do anything, the theme/code is completely free to use.

    For the background, you need to choose a quite big image, keeping the same ratio as the original one in order to display nicely.
