 * Hi. I am using a site based on a theme with CSS.
 * Some people get cached pages when visiting my site and see old content. Since
   I update 3-5 times a week, this is not good. Of course, the user can overcome
   this on his or her end, but they may not know and I hate to post an ugly message
   on the site telling them what to do.
 * Is there a way to embed a command that forces a refresh so users don’t get out-
   of-date cached pages?
 * BTW, this is never a problem for me at home, but I have seen it happen in people’s
   offices.
 * Thanks, –Konrad
