Forced customer to pick an option

So right now when a customer enters their billing address the shipping gets automatically calculated and it is either between “local pickup” or “delivery”. Some of the customers are checking out without paying attention to the shipping what-so-ever. I was wondering if there was a way to set up that the customer is either forced to pick an option or confirm the option before checking out.

Sorry if it’s somewhere in the documentation and I’ve overlooked it please let me know.
