    Hey,

    Thanks a lot for this amazing plugin. I just have one simple question : is it possible to force (using a mu-plugin for instance) each user’s settings ?

    I took a look to your code, but it doesn’t seem to be obvious. Should I use :

    $JustWritingUtilities->store_user_option(...)

    when someone subscribes to my site, then prevent him from changing values on his profile page ? Or is there another and more elegant solution ?

    Thanks !
    Stéphane

    There’s no way to currently force user settings or prevent a user from changing them.

    It would kind of go against the basic philosophy of the plugin which is to give a writer control over their writing environment.

    Hi,

    I can understand the stuff about the philosophy, but there are a lot of cases where you just want to give people the best editor. I don’t want that my users have to understand how to configure the plugin. It’s not their job, it’s mine.

    That’s why it could be cool. Anyway, thanks for your answer! I’ll fork the plugin on my side, but it’s sad to be disconnected to the official branch and official updates 🙁

    Have a nice day,
    Stéphane
