Force reg form field label to be displayed outside input box

Hi support,

I have purchased the pro version of the plugin and I found it difficult to customize the style of registration form.

Labels of text fields are shown as placeholder inside the input box but labels of date field / drop down list are outside the input box. This does not look good to my customers. What should I do to unify the style?
