Force new subscription order entry

    Looking for a way to force a new subscription payment for testing purposes. After setting up a new membership level, I’d like to force a payment without have to wait for the next interval. Is there a way to do that ?

    Hi Ginger,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    What payment gateway are you currently testing on? Some gateways allow you to run the subscription whenever you would like and that would fire off the Paid Memberships Pro recurring code.

    A little bit of background information for recurring subscriptions, the payment gateway usually pings a page on your site (built by Paid Memberships Pro) and then we do the necessary checks to see if the payment was successful or not and then cancel/continue the user’s membership.

    Alternatively, depending on your payment gateway, you may create a test level that recurs $1 daily, so you would only have to wait one day.
