Force HTTPS

I’ve been putting forth quite a bit of effort to force everything on my blog to be served through HTTPS, and I’m getting a “mixed content” error when I try to use the GADWP plugin. I looked through the source and have confirmed that it’s being caused by the plugin.

The “enable Force SSL” setting in Tracking Code -> Advanced Settings does not seem to do anything, or is unrelated to this error.

How can I go about fixing this?
