    Morning all,

I have two types of shipping – flat rate @ £4.99 or free delivery over £50.

I have set Default Customer Location to Shop Base Address.

In my Shipping Options I have the free shipping option first, then flat rate.

Free shipping kicks in after £50 but if I have less than £50 in my basket it just says “Shipping options will be updated during checkout.”

If I put flat rate first in the Shipping options, free delivery never kicks in.

    What am I doing wrong?!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

How have you set this up? Can we see a screenshot of your Shipping Zones page for example.

I realised I had them set in two different rules, I now have them both in one and it seems to be working!

    Thank you!
