   and mobile menu only (3 dots)?

   to always be displayed without having to click on the icons on smaller browser
   widths?

 * Hi what I am trying to do is regardless of the device used, that only the hamburger
   menu is available. If I try removing the primary (desktop) menu, it just lists
   all of the pages creating a mess.

 * Hi, if you create an empty menu with no links in it and assign that to the Desktop
   Horizontal Menu location it should leave only the Expanded menu icon there.

 * Leave the primary menu empty (no need to create an empty one, just do not assign
   it) and move your actual menu to the expended menu.
