Forbidden no other verbage

Suddenly today I am getting the “forbidden” when I try to log in on my desktop computer with Chrome or Opera. I can log in with Firefox and SeaMonkey. Discovered the problem when I tried to log in on my laptop at home today on same network. On laptop cannot log in on Firefox, Chrome or Opera.

Rebooted desktop. Did not help.
