Forbidden Error

When I try to access xcloner after installing it on my site Restaurants Uncut, the following error shows up:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/index.php on this server.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it a plugin error? Or are there restrictions put up by the hosting service?
I’m using iPage as my webhost.

Kindly help me out.
