Hello @brian90069,
I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Some visitors’ parameters were transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This caused false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please do the following:
1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
→ set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
→ Save Changes.
2. Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
3. Clear all the cache on your website.
Does it help?
That did help. I had caching turned off while making the changes and will keep the refresh time under 24 hours. Thank you!
Hi there !
Thank you Brian for your question and thank you Amagsumov for your answer.
I’m having the same trouble. 🙁
• I did set cookies on “auto” and set the cache update time to 24 h.
• I cleared the cache but still have the same message.
Thanks for your help, Ben

Hi @benlumi,
Please also enable the ‘Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library’ option here: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings
Excellent! 😀
Thank you Serge for your prompt answer and your help. Problem solved again.
